Hi! I am Donna, the owner of Martha’s Daughters. As a young child, I discovered the joy of making every day beautiful. Growing up, some of my favorite summer pastimes were foraging for pretty blooms to bring inside and browsing home and garden magazines. Flowering continued to be a creative outlet for me as we raised our children. What began as a personal passion eventually blossomed into Donna Kay Design, where I shared my love for florals, tablescapes, and styling through social media. Over time, this passion grew into something even greater, a calling to create beauty not only for my own family, but for others as well.

I stepped fully into professional styling and floristry. I’ve had the honor to create unforgettable florals, tablescapes, and lifestyle settings for a local publishing company in Birmingham, Alabama. I feel so honored that my work has graced the beautiful pages of numerous magazines and books.

Creating elaborate sets and thoughtful floral designs for photo shoots only deepened my love for this work and the joy it brings. Today, the greatest gift is getting to share this journey with my daughters through Martha’s Daughters. Together, we pour our hearts into creating floral experiences that feel meaningful, timeless, and full of joy. Whether we are designing for an intimate gathering, a celebration, or simply helping someone bring beauty into their everyday life, our hope is always the same, to create something that tells your story beautifully.
